EuroStemCell-BetaCellTherapy Bridge: Funding innovative ideas on generating beta cells from stem cells

The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International (JDRF) funds a collaborative platform between two European Framework 6 consortia: EuroStemCell and BetaCellTherapy.

The collaboration is intended to bring together complementary expertise and promote innovative research between the consortia. The objective is to stimulate progress towards generation of beta cells from stem cells and a potential cure for diabetes.
